Virtual 30-minute Functional Group Training
Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 7:30 a.m.
Exercising with a friend is always more fun, even if it’s virtual! While the group brings the fun, Marsh Exercise Specialist Dustin Burgemeister will ensure that you have a quality training experience and reach your individual goals. Participate in one class or several, the choice is yours. The focus of class will rotate between different modalities. Click below to register, and the Zoom link will be sent to you the night before class. Classes are 30 minutes. Minimal equipment required. Individual and monthly unlimited classes available.
Chungliang Al Huang Speaks on Tao Philosophy
A dear friend of Ruth Stricker and frequent visitor and speaker at The Marsh, Chungliang Al Huang speaks about using the Tao philosophy of TaiJi and YinYang to embrace opposites and make a whole picture/life, and leads the audience through a number of TaiJi movements that incorporate key concepts and all parts of our lives.
