Coming soon… Results by Design is a proven 7-week scientifically-based proven weight management program for busy people who want results. Participants work to achieve personal fitness goals to feel better, look better and get more out of life. For some that means weight loss, increased strength, less overall body fat and more energy. For others, the program means less pain, increased joint stability and easier, more efficient movement. For all participants, it means self-confidence and personal empowerment. The program includes a pre- and post-assessment, 18 thirty-minute private training sessions and two consultations with our nutritionist.
