Mindfulness Based Living Meditations
4-week series starts Monday, March 9

The Marsh’s Mindfulness Based Living program opens the door for everyone to the benefits of mindful living. Each session incorporates easy movement and meditation options, focusing on areas of daily life such as stress management, sleep, relationships and happiness.
