Mindfulness Based Living Meditation
Breathing & Simple Meditations – Thursday, November 21, 7:00 – 8:30 p.m. – Learn simple techniques using breath work and guided meditation to feel more calm and less reactive, inspiring gratitude and kindness.

Mind-Body Skills Workshop
Saturday, November 16, 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
We welcome everyone of all ages and backgrounds to benefit from this Mind-Body Skills Workshop, based on the work of Dr. James Gordon and his Center for Mind-Body Medicine in Washington D.C. After hosting a large crowd for The Transformation book talk last month, we heard your interest in more opportunities to explore these tools. In this workshop you will learn meditation, guided imagery, breath work and movement. $95
