Specialty Small Group Training with Exercise Specialists
Contact the training center to learn of our ongoing Small Group Training options. Our Small Group Training programs range from sport specific series (such as Downhill Skiing or Golf) or ongoing training through circuits on cycles, TRX, bodyweight and other drills. Small group training programs will help you achieve the results you want at a lower price than one on one private training, along with the enjoyment of group energy! FUNctional Group Fitness
Small group training consists of 2-4 people sharing a 30 minute workout session. Training in small groups provides a cost effective fitness experience that is fun and interactive, and focuses on quality and customized services. Each session will be packed with creativity, motivation, and individualized instruction. Small groups can meet in the training center and/or the pool(s). We require a minimum of 2 pre-registered participants and 4 maximum in order to run a session. $20 per session, packages available. Contact Evan to schedule at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Pilates Group Reformer
The Reformer is a piece of Pilates equipment which uses adjustable spring resistance, straps and platforms where you lie, sit, kneel or stand, allowing you to work from your core. Pilates exercises consist of a sequence of slow, rhythmic movements, emphasizing body control and breathing. As you develop body awareness and torso strength, increased coordination and control occurs. These Pilates classes will leave you feeling refreshed and energized.
