The benefits of training with a Marsh Exercise Specialist one-on-one include individualized support to help you meet your goals, motivation and accountability and more focused and effective training sessions. All specialists are highly educated with a minimum of a four-year degree in exercise science or a related discipline – they make your session non-intimidating, results-oriented and fun with varied exercises designed with your starting point and goals in mind.
Aquatic Personal Training
Work one-on-one with a personal trainer skilled in water exercise to improve function and performance. Goals of training can be diverse, including improvement of balance, strength, posture, gait, flexibility, or stamina. Single session and packages available. Whether with a spouse or friends, semi-private training in groups of 2, 3 or 4 is a very motivating and cost-effective way of private training. Our exercise specialists often design seasonal programs with specific goals, such as Downhill Ski Training, which anyone can join. Group Training, Specialty Series and Workshops
