Mindfulness Based Living Meditations
Breathing & Simple Meditations – Thursday, November 21, 7:00 – 8:30 p.m. – Learn simple techniques using breath work and guided meditation to feel more calm and less reactive, inspiring gratitude and kindness. Instructor: Liz Anema. Register here

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)
MBSR is a deeper dive into mindfulness practices highly useful for those suffering in some way– whether it be from anxiety, stress, chronic pain, relationship issues, grief or. Learn to cultivate a different relationship between you and the things that challenge you in your life, tapping into the tools you already have. $440

Whether you want to enrich your personal yoga practice or become a teacher, join us! With a manageable schedule and payment plan ($500 down and 9 monthly payments of $300), this program leverages the deep history of The Marsh, a thought leader in mind-body wellness since 1985. The Marsh is partnering with Core Yoga to offer this training, which is registered with the Yoga Alliance at the 200 hour level.

30 Day Challenge "Feel Good" Challenge
Try committing to 30 days of activity, and see what joining a challenge can do to motivate you and keep you accountable toward a healthier lifestyle today! To get started, Stephanie Olson will meet with you, complete the simple pre-assessment (how you feel survey, step test for cardio health, and weight), and help you navigate a plan of action selecting from over 50 studio classes, over 30 pool classes, independent exercise and a complimentary FUNctional Group Training class each week. The challenge completes with post-assessments and a gathering to celebrate your achievements. $85/$100.

The Marsh Month
Our Marsh Month is a special 30-day trial offer for clients new to The Marsh. During your month with us, you will have unlimited access to over 30 aquatic classes per week, the Therapy Pool and Lap Pool, our training center with all new equipment, over 60 studio classes per week, and our outdoor & indoor track and meditation tower.
