The warm water therapy pool takes advantage of water’s interactive properties: buoyancy and resistance. Buoyancy reduces the effects of gravity; it creates a protective environment for joints and provides support for injuries. Three dimensional resistance facilitates strengthening for all muscles. The intensity can be varied to accommodate a wide range of physical abilities.
Try Yoga and Tai Chi
· Tai Chi class flows with easy combinations of familiar forms within the Yang style form as well as maintaining the rich tradition of the same classes we have offered for decades. The music is soft, the stretch, balance and tune out.
· Yoga class will connect your breath and body into inviting gentle yoga stretches and postures including movements of the spine, shoulders, arms and legs. You will leave this class feeling more open and calm.
