If you’re dealing with an achy back, yoga may be just what the doctor ordered. The ancient mind-body movements of yoga are a perfect antidote for modern day stress and the back pain that often accompanies it. Specific yoga poses can relax and strengthen your body, and help you notice where you are holding tension. If you are experiencing severe pain, it’s best to see a doctor first.
