Nothing feels better than rolling out the tension in our hips and legs! Hours of sitting, incorrect gait, and a misaligned pelvis can wreak havoc through the entire body so it is important to keep them mobile and healthy. In this workshop we will use balls and rolling techniques to soften and smooth out adhesions in and around the hips, preparing them for the longer held stretches needed to release the layers and depth of muscle and tissue supporting them.
