Yin Yoga into Meditation Series

This Yin Yoga class is an opportunity to rest, be still and bring your attention inward. Staying in a single pose for 3-10 minutes, supported by props you will fully relax after a busy week. On the physical level, this practice “exercises” our yin tissues – our tendons and ligaments – making them longer, thicker and stronger. On an energetic level, we open, energize and stimulate our meridians (energy channels), helping to prevent stagnation or deficiency. This practice is not only great for recovering from mild sickness or injuries, but is also great for illness and injury prevention. You will leave with a deep sense of peace and rejuvenation.
