Winter Ironman Challenge

Stay motivated to exercise this winter as you prepare for spring and summer activities. Over the course of 10 weeks, your challenge is to Swim or Row for 2.4 miles, Bike or Cycle Indoors for 112 miles, and Run, Walk or do the Elliptical for a total of 26.2 miles.
