Start or maintain your water workout all summer long no matter where you are… pool, lake, resort or home. Come learn a handful of basic water exercises for a strength and cardio workout in both shallow and deep water.  Simple to remember, fun and effective, we will focus on proper postural mechanics. You will receive a pair of lightweight webbed gloves and an easy-to-follow laminated guide. Instructor: Diane Pattridge.
