Water Walking is a great way to build endurance, improve balance, and help correct muscle imbalances. It helps you stay active if you are recovering from an injury. Walking in water is also an excellent aerobic and calorie burning workout, a perfect break from the pounding of everyday training on land. Instructor: Sara Bisso.
