Please join us for this personalized program where your dedicated guide, Stephanie Olson, will get to know you and craft a comfortable fitness program tailored to your needs and preferences. Through empathy and empowerment rather than “tough love”or forced willpower, she will motivate and keep you accountable.

The challenge starts with an initial one-on-one meeting with Stephanie, where she will take you through a simple pre-assessment and help create a fitness plan that feels more like having fun than a “workout.” The challenge completes with post-assessments after your fourth week and a happy hour celebration on February 26. $100

Includes one hour of private yoga, Pilates, personal training or nutrition counseling.
