Tai Chi: Stronger Bodies & Better Balance

Experience this time-honored exercise that improves your muscle tone and overall sense of equilibrium. Even though the movements are gentle, the results are impactful. Studies show that Tai Chi can help you better navigate obstacles, like steep stairs, and avoid falls, building confidence as you and your body move through life.

We offer weekly classes: Mondays, 11:30 a.m. with Dianna Pilkington; Wednesdays, 5:00 p.m. class with Yingying Chen, DNP, RN; and Fridays, 10:30 a.m. taught by Stephanie Olson and includes short clips of founder Ruth Stricker teaching class. Appropriate for beginners and advanced practitioners. Complimentary/$20 per class
