Popular Tai Chi instructor Yang Ye returns in May for a three-week session continuing our exploration of longevity, good health and true happiness through the lens and the practice of Tai Chi. Sifu Ye will share “secret” traditional Tai Chi exercises and principles to incorporate into your daily exercise and activities. Appropriate for beginners and more advanced practitioners.
