Offseason is the perfect time to work with Master Swim Coach Diane Pattridge to improve your swimming techniques. In this special small-group training, three-week series, you will work on stroke refinement, body positioning and rotation. Diane will also introduce a variety of aquatic strength-building equipment and drills that will help tone your arms, legs and core.
