Come to the Lap Pool for this high-energy, low-impact, fun workout in the water. You will be suspended in the water by wearing a aqua flotation belt, sitting or hanging on a noodle, or just suspending yourself freely in the water. The choreography will challenge your core and cardiovascular system through a variety of movements and interval training for 30 minutes. Get your day started with water aerobics instructor, swim coach, and Exercise Specialist, Diane Pattridge. $30 (Marsh Members $15)
