This high intensity interval training (HIIT) combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to music designed to match every single move. Not a dance class, but the lively music keeps the HIIT training fun and full of energy! We welcome new instructor Eryn Stennes, certified personal trainer, Zumba instructor and yoga teacher. $20 per class (Complimentary to members)
