Stretch Training for Small Groups

If you are feeling tight in a specific area or have all-over stiffness, this four-week small group training is for you! Exercise Specialist Brenda Steger has designed a new stretching program to help you release the tension and stiffness in your body and improve your flexibility and range of motion.

Limited to six people per session. Register online or by phone. $89/$104 for series or $23/$26 per class.
