Stretch & Recovery Session

Feeling tight, tired and sore? Whether from exercising, recovering from injury or shoveling snow, our Exercise Specialists can help. This 30-minute session focuses on stretching, foam rolling and recovery. We want you to walk out feeling better than when you walked in. This session can be scheduled on its own or added on to any training session.
