A happier, healthier life is available to you. We are learning more and more ways where a positive mindset, or optimism, can improve both our physiology and our feelings. Join us as we explore the science of optimal functioning, which focuses on what works rather than what is wrong, in order to create a life of greater health, happiness, meaning and overall well-being. You will be introduced to a variety of tools, practices and attitudes that can make a profound difference in your life! Instructor Debbie Cohen is a graduate of the esteemed Applied Positive Psychology program from the University of Pennsylvania and has taught Positive Psychology at Harvard and Kripalu Yoga Center. $230 for six-week series.
