Mobility helps us move freely, reduce stiffness, and perform everyday movements we often take for granted. Whether you are looking to perform better in a sport or want to ensure you can continue getting up and down off the floor with your grandkids, mobility exercises provide neuromuscular coordination, balance and strength.
