Through guided group support this program helps you cultivate a different relationship between you and the things that challenge you in your life, including:
• Guided instruction in mindfulness meditation
• Gentle stretching, mindful yoga and Qigong
• Individually tailored instruction, group dialogue
Learn to apply mindfulness to your life in order to reduce stress, cope with pain or illness, and/or improve your overall wellbeing.
Instructor Cass McLaughlin trained at the Center for Mindfulness with several teachers including its founder Jon Kabat-Zinn. She has taught Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) at Pathways of Minneapolis and Minneapolis Yoga Center; worked as a Mindfulness Facilitator with Moment Health, UnitedHealth Group and with Hennepin Healthcare’s Whittier Clinic. Participants in her programs have said that mindfulness was the missing link in their health and healing.
