Our resiliency skills are being flexed on a daily basis. Natural disasters and violent incidents fill our conversations. If you are finding it a little more challenging to cultivate joy and gratitude in your life, join us for our Mindfulness Based Living (MBL) series.
The Marsh’s Signature MBL program is a culmination of 30 years of hosting some of the foremost authorities on mindfulness practices (Chungliang Al Huang, Jon Kabat-Zinn, Drs. Herbert Benson and Amit Sood) and to address common concerns, such as managing stress, pain, feelings of anxiety and/or uncertainty. We will explore a variety of mindfulness practices, such as Tai Chi, Qigong, meditation and movement classes that will help build our resiliency skills and enhance our overall sense of wellbeing.
