Mindfulness Based Living – A Course on Positive Psychology

This special course combines mindfulness approaches with the scientifically proven studies of Positive Psychology from Harvard University. Learn how to experience a greater feeling of happiness and a lower degree of stress, opening the path to having the mental and physical energy for purposeful work. New instructor Debbie Cohen will co-teach with Liz Anema. Debbie served on the teaching faculty for Harvard’s Positive Psychology course and has a Master’s Degree in Applied Positive Psychology.
