Stress and burnout have become pervasive among us. Perhaps some of us are caretaking our children AND our parents or just can’t say “no” and are overextended… Trying to get six hours of sleep is a goal! It is impossible to be our best selves when we feel overwhelmed with daily activities.

We know that when we prioritize our wellbeing, we benefit by improving our decision-making, creativity, productivity and joy dramatically.

This workshop invites us to be open to change and to be empowered to become our best selves by exploring mindfulness practices and journaling techniques for personal growth. Instructor: Liz Anema.
