This signature program, exclusively offered at The Marsh, is your starting point for incorporating mindfulness into your everyday life to start feeling better today. In a highly accessible way, mindfulness practices are introduced to address common concerns such as managing stress, improving interpersonal communications, feeling happier and getting a better night sleep.
