If “mindfulness” has seemed too elusive to try, we invite you to this welcoming program designed to be a starting point for incorporating mindfulness into your everyday life. In a highly accessible way, mindfulness practices are introduced to address common concerns such as managing stress, improving interpersonal communications, feeling happier and getting a better night’s sleep to help you feel better today.
