We welcome everyone of all ages and backgrounds to benefit from this Mind-Body Skills Workshop, based on the work of Dr. James Gordon and his Center for Mind-Body Medicine in Washington D.C. After hosting a large crowd for The Transformation book talk last month, we heard your interest in more opportunities to explore these tools. In this workshop you will learn meditation, guided imagery, breath work and movement skills to:
