Golfers looking to improve their game and fitness are invited to join us in the Pilates studio for this fun and informative golf clinic led by instructor Cheri Sabol. Pilates exercises are designed to improve pelvic stability, spinal rotation and balance. These exercises also help to improve accuracy and distance in your swing, as well as prevent injury. No Pilates experience required.
