Intro to Pilates Group Reformer

4-Session Series starts Saturday, May 5, 10:00 – 11:00 a.m.

The Reformer is a piece of Pilates equipment which uses adjustable spring resistance, straps and platforms where you lie, sit, kneel or stand, allowing you to work from your core. Join us for this series where you will learn these slow, rhythmic movements, emphasizing body control and breathing with a group of 3-6 people. Once you are comfortable, join one of our 11 weekly group reformer classes.
