The Marsh’s Mindfulness Based Living program opens the door for everyone into the benefits of mindful living.  Our signature program is a culmination of 30 years of hosting and studying with some of the foremost authorities on mindfulness practices, such as Jon Kabat Zinn, Drs. Amit Sood and Andrew Weil and teaching classes such as Tai Chi, Qi Gong, meditation and movement classes.

You will learn the skills to consciously handle life’s stresses and challenges, and develop your innate sense to more effectively cope, relax, understand and cultivate “moment-to-moment, non-judgmental awareness” for enhanced well-being.

The Marsh’s Mindfulness Based Living program is expansive yet practical for your daily life, with a discerning and comprehensive curriculum.  Throughout the course and beyond, this specialized study and training will help you sustain your newfound practice of being fully present, aware, and open to the world.

Exclusively offered at The Marsh, this program introduces mindfulness based living practices in a highly accessible way to address common concerns, such as managing stress, pain, feelings of anxiety and/or uncertainty. Instructors: Mary Anderson and Liz Anema.
