Nutrition Sessions: Tuesdays, January 9 – February 6, 5:30 – 6:00 p.m.

HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workouts combined with nutrition modifications can elicit serious results and health benefits. This program is for those working out at a higher intensity on their own or in classes like GRIT and Cycle.    

Join us for a complimentary kick-off celebration and information session – learn the science behind the program, get your six-week guide and results log and schedule your pre- testing. The Fuel for Success group nutrition program includes pre- and post-assessments and four group nutrition sessions with weight management tips you can apply immediately.
