Everyone experiences feelings of stress and worry at times. When it begins to get in the way of your daily routine, it’s time to take action. Missing school due to worry-induced tummy aches and headaches, or not joining in social activities due to anxious feelings or sleepless nights is no way to live! This yoga-based class will help your child learn to root out the cause of anxious feelings with fun, easy-to-use tools ~ and keep those worries away with breath, meditation and movement. Empower your child before the next school year.
Instructor Mira Binzen is a certified iRest Yoga Nidra instructor with a degree in Child Psychology from The University of Minnesota’s Institute of Child Development, and a child development therapist using yoga as the main tool for transformation. $50/$60 for 3-week series
