We are excited to announce that award-winning Feldenkrais instructor Frederick Schjang from New York, will be teaching a special workshop at The Marsh. Known for his engaging personality, Schjang is a 35-year veteran of the fitness industry. Frederick is largely responsible for introducing The Feldenkrais Method® to New York City health clubs and his Feldenkrais: Awareness through Movement class was chosen “Best Fitness Class” by TimeOut NY. His work has also been featured on Good Morning America and in The New York Times.

If you have ever struggled with certain Pilates movements, plateaued in your yoga class, or find movement so challenging that you have lost hope that you will ever move with ease as you did years ago, then this workshop is for you! Join Frederick for an afternoon of joyful learning and movement. In this spine-centered three-hour special event you will learn to move with more freedom than you may have in years. Open to all fitness levels. Wear loose comfortable clothing. You will not perspire but you will move around on the mat.
