We may feel restrictions in our breath, tension in our jaw, a hardening in our chest or belly, stiffness in our steps, and/or more aches and pains. Enjoy an evening exploring movement and breath to help us reclaim our natural internal spaciousness and skeletal support – and keep it even in the busyness of our everyday lives.
