Stretch without Strain: Skill versus will, and the many strengths of rests

Whether you’re new to the Feldenkrais Method® or want a refresher, these mind-body classes are perfect for developing your physical intelligence and self-awareness so you can learn more skillful, sustainable movement patterns, in both your athletic pursuits and everyday life. Attend any or all of the three-week series. Each week we’ll briefly discuss the principles of neurology and biomechanics needed to change habits and improve movement, and explore these principles in action in two short Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement lessons. Some lessons will include lying on mats. Bring a towel to fold for head support.
