with Nick Strauss-Klein
Monday, September 23, 1:00 – 2:15 p.m.
Way before the idea of a mind-body connection became a popular health concept, Moshe Feldenkrais promoted his Awareness Through Movement® (ATM) technique’s potential to lead us away from bad physical habits that cause tension and pain and to restore the body’s capacity for efficient, flexible, coordinated movement. Now known as the FELDENKRAIS METHOD®, this approach centers around the idea that the brain can be retrained to reorganize the way we move our bodies, eliminating unnecessary and harmful patterns.
Is the FELDENKRAIS METHOD® for me?
