When pain and stiffness kick in, movement can seem overwhelming. After a brief talk, Exercise Specialist Brenda Steger will lead a 30 minute fitness class showing how exercise increases strength and flexibility, reduces joint pain, and helps combat fatigue. Next, Registered Dietitian Bobbi Horner will discuss the role anti-inflammatory foods can play. $35 (15% off for Marsh members)
