Created by Exercise Physiologist Evan Strewler, MS with results proven by a team of researchers at the University of St. Thomas, the DYNAMIC BALANCE Program is changing lives. Meeting three times per week for 8 weeks, you will be led through warm ups, dynamic balance movements and strength training in multiple planes and ranges of motion with a supportive group of peers. Not only will this program physically improve your strength and balance, it will also give you the confidence to live your life with less fear of falling. $720.
