Feel great and have fun from day one on the slopes this season by conditioning your body for downhill skiing. Focusing on core and low back strength, lower body strength, power, balance and agility, this small group training will reduce your risk of injury and give you better balance and cognition when skiing. This highly sought after series is led by former ski instructor and Marsh Exercise Physiologist Evan Strewler, MS. $110 for four-week series.
