Brenda Steger and Liz Anema welcome all levels to bring their beginner’s mind and explore meditation. The new year is a perfect time to create the space to pause and live more consciously. $110 for four-week series. Yoga mats are provided, but we recommend purchasing your own mat for comfort, ease and home practice.
