Aqua Jogging involves wearing a flotation device around your middle and then moving your arms and legs in a running motion in the deep end of the warm water Therapy Pool. Suspended in water, the full-body resistance workout is safe and effective, and is particularly beneficial for the often tight hip flexors. Join in the fun of this high energy group training class! $30 ($15 for Marsh members)
