    Inches Lost: Average 14.0 inches

Program Information

You may have set your own personal goals around some of our most common intentions: eat healthier, lose weight, become stronger, exercise regularly, have more energy, reduce your cholesterol.

The Marsh’s Classic Biometrics program is designed to address those goals. Biometrics is a six-week program that features a total body shape up that will help you become stronger, leaner and healthier, which translates to improvements in blood pressure and cholesterol numbers and reduction in your percentage of body fat. If you are ready to achieve your personal health and wellness goals, try Biometrics.



What to expect:

• A six-week program offering individualized support and guidelines
for taking care of your body
• Three 30-minute exercise sessions with your personal trainer each week using super-slow protocol (a safe way of working your muscles to achieve maximum results and build your lean muscle)
• A balanced, customized meal plan (meals are available to purchase through The Marsh Restaurant to eat-in or take-out)
• Pre and post-assessments
