Arlene Robitshek

Shop Director/Buyer
Arlene Robitshek has operated the Shop at The Marsh since 1999. She carefully balances friendly and helpful service, a unique and ever-evolving mix of merchandise, and a variety of special events to create an atmosphere where everyone feels welcome and comfortable.  She personally selects all of the merchandise and staggers orders so that new product flows in each week.  Her goal is that even the most regular customers find something new each time they visit.  Beyond merchandise, she says the level and style of service offered in the Shop set it apart. 

Prior to operating the Shop at The Marsh, Arlene worked as a buyer for Dayton’s (now Target Corporation).  She has experience in nearly every aspect of the retail industry, including new store development, operations, merchandising, product development, inventory specialist, and buying.

Mary Dulmage

Shop Assistant Manager
Mary Dulmage became the assistant manager of the Shop at The Marsh in 2004.  She loves getting to know her customers and hearing their stories.  An accomplished seamstress, she is particularly adept at helping customers assess the fit of a garment.

Mary’s career in retail spans two decades and includes working at Dayton’s, Gantos Clothing and Stretch and Sew Fabrics, where she also taught sewing classes. Prior to joining the staff at The Marsh, she managed various Discovery Channel Stores in Minnesota.
