Lessons for Children and Youth
Swimming Lessons We offer small group and private lessons for children from 6 months to 16 years of age. -The ratio of students to instructor in our group lessons is 4:1 Contact Jillian Markus at 952-930-8511 to learn more. Download swim lesson brochure (includes registration form) >> ATA Certified Taekwondo Programs Taekwondo is a fun activity for the entire family. Children age 4 and up, as well as adults, may participate in our classes. In addition to martial arts, our classes help children develop these important life skills: courtesy, manners, respect, confidence, discipline, self defense, self-control, honesty, integrity, commitment, perseverance, goal-setting Those who are curious are welcome to participate in one class at no charge to see what its all about. Taekwondo Classes and Times Mondays Tuesdays 5:15 - 6:00 p.m. Wednesdays Thursdays 5:15 - 6:00 p.m. Led by Certifed Fourth Degree Black Belts and ATA 2006 Regional Instructors of the Year, John Monnens and Candy Swanson and Certified 3rd Degree Trainee Instructor Nick Johnson, plus a team of instructors in training.
