New! TRX Training at The Marsh

Get out of your rut and try something new. Our TRX Suspension Training for small groups is a fun and challenging new way to use your own body weight to strengthen your core, chest, back, arms and legs. Originally designed by a Navy SEAL to help our troops stay fit in the deserts of Iraq, this versatile exercise system can be adapted for people of all levels. TRX Training classes have now been added to the Studio Schedule. Register in advance by calling the TRX Hotline, 952-930-8597, ext. 5555. No experience required. $15 for Marsh members/$25 for the General Public per 30-minute session.

Marsh X is Saturday Mornings!

Marsh X is back, now featuring TRX, which is new to The Marsh! Marsh X is a one hour, high intensity, cross-training class that will get your heart pumping and muscles burning to maximize your results. Workouts vary including cycling, Bosu Ball, jumping rope, TRX and more! Marsh X will continue to be offered weekly...watch for more dates coming soon! Saturdays at 8:00 a.m. $15 for Marsh members/$20 for General Public per class. Limited to 10 participants. Register in advance by calling the Marsh X / TRX Hotline, 952-930-8597, ext. 5555.

Getting out and either walking or running a 5K is great way to get some exercise, discover new trails, spend time with friends and, often, support a good cause. Whether you are new to 5Ks or a regular participant, we invite you to connect with Marsh members and staff by signing up to join us at one or more of the following events. You do not have to be a Marsh member to join us!
