When you arrive at The Marsh, please identify yourself as a spa customer and a front desk receptionist will direct you to the spa (robes and slippers are provided).
  1. To ensure that your experience is as fulfilling as possible, please arrive at least 15 minutes before your services begin.
  2. Help yourself relax through deep, regular breathing, emphasizing the exhalation and releasing tension areas.
  3. As a guest, our wish is that you always be comfortable. During your massage you will remain fully draped with a sheet except for the areas being massaged, so underwear is not necessary. We recommend that you be unclothed to get the most therapeutic benefit from the service. (you can request a male or female therapist for your comfort. Please make this request when booking your appointment.)
  4. Allow the therapist to move your limbs into whatever position required-- just relax and enjoy your service.
  5. Closing your eyes during the massage helps focus your attention our of the head and into the body.

  6. Let the therapist know if anything feels uncomfortable or if you want more or less pressure. If you are troubled by tension in a specific area, please tell the therapist.
