We offer dozens of inviting group exercise classes in our studios, pools, and, when the weather cooperates, outside on our deck. Get focused with Tai Chi, improve balance and flexibility with yoga, get your heart pumping with Body Pump and Cycling, get your creative juices flowing with Nia. Our seven certified Pilates instructors lead a variety of small group classes and offer private and semi-private training. Our studio is equipped with six Reformers, two Cadillacs four Chairs and a Ladder Barrel. We also offer Pilates Mat classes and Yogilates, a fusion of Yoga and Pilates. Twice a month we open the doors to our Pilates studio to anyone interested in learning more about the various forms of Pilates avaialble at the Marsh. Our expert team of Exercise Specialists have the training, experience and personality to help your achieve the results you are looking for. Whether you are training for a marathon, rehabilitating from an injury or medical event, trying to lose weight or simply trying to stay healthy and strong. If you choose to work independently in our Fitness Center, we have an Exercise Specialist on duty at all times to answer your questions.
